What details do we collect?

• The short form: your state, pay schedule, email address and the amount you need come to us only when you press send.
• Phone calls to 855.947.5189: the calling number, when the call started, how long it lasted and which page it came from. A call may be recorded, so that what the specialist tells you fits the question you asked.
• Visits: we note the page you opened, where you came from, your device type and any buttons or tools you pressed. A custom script sends that information to a server we operate ourselves. We do not use any outside analytics service, ad pixel, or cookie.
• Your state: our server estimates your region from your connection to display local rules. This estimate shows on your screen but is never linked to your name. When you select a state manually, your browser saves that choice.

Who receives your information?

One debt and loan options specialist serving your state receives your form or call; they may contact you regarding cheaper options. We never share your details with lenders. We pay companies to run hosting, phone, and email; they handle data for us under contract. We may disclose information if a law or court order demands it.

How long do we keep it?

Form responses and call logs are deleted once they reach 24 months of age. We keep visit data only as totals.

What rights do you have?

Any person in the United States may request a copy of their data, ask us to correct or delete it, and direct us not to sell or share it. States including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas require these rights by law, and we offer them to all visitors. We might verify your identity before processing your request.

Children

This site targets adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Updated versions of this notice replace the current one on this page.
